Delivery policy and purchase terms

MiniLéon offers an online shopping service that allows you to buy online from your PC or smartphone items that are displayed in our stores. MiniLéon offers free shipping on orders of $125 and more anywhere in Canada (before taxes and delivery costs).

1 - Order pickup

The collection of your order is available at our pick-up point located in Centre Laval, 1600 Boul. le Corbusier, Laval, QC H7S 1Y9. The preparation time is approximately 2 days, you will be contacted by email to advise you that the order is ready to be picked up.

2 - Delivery time

All items in stock are shipped within 2 to 3 business days after your order is processed. Please note that delivery times for the provinces of Quebec and Ontario are 2 to 3 business days, while other provinces in Canada are 4 to 10 days.

If we notice that an item is not in stock, we will notify you by email to keep you informed and offer you other options before processing your order.

We would like to mention that delivery times may be longer than usual due to high traffic or the holiday season Deliveries are only made within Canada.

3 - Shipping costs

The shipping costs and the delivery time are determined by the type of shipment. The customer will have the choice between being delivered at home or picking up the package at our pick up point.

Moreover, deliveries can only be made on Canadian territory for the moment. The price of the transport is proportional to the quantity and the distance covered.

Each step of the delivery will be notified. MiniLéon will give you a maximum delay to pick up your package by presenting the voucher of your purchase. It must be recognized that during sales and promotions, the delivery time may be slightly longer than usual.
