Return and refund policy
Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them. As soon as your return item is received, its condition is automatically checked to proceed to the creation of the voucher or the refund of the returned items.
The customer has 15 days from the receipt of his order to return an item. The customer can be reimbursed between 5 and 7 working days from the date of receipt of the return in our warehouse. As soon as the condition of the returned items is verified and confirmed, an email is sent to inform the customer. The payment will be made using the same method of purchase used previously. The costs of the returns are paid by the customers.
